Human Resources Assistant (Temporary Full Time)

|Description:||This 6 month assignment will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the Human Resources department including staffing, FMLA, and providing administrative support to the Human Resources team.|
|Duties:||Issues and tracks FMLA paperwork. Screens and schedules job applicants for interviews. Performs |
background and reference checking, new hire on-boarding. Maintains records in employee files and will be a part of benefits open enrollment.
|Qualifications:||Must have 3-5 years of Human Resources experience with emphasis in staffing and FMLA. High school degree required with college degree preferred.|
